Entering two u16 teams in a friendly Touch Rugby fixture 29 July
Girl Power Rugby Academy will be participating in this tournament as Girl Power Rugby Academy and will be entering two u16 teams. Please send an email if your daughter is available to play (if you have responded to the poll on WhatsApp, no action needed). She must be 13 and older.

For those of you who done know me, my name is Amal Adams, I was the strength & conditioning coach for False Bay Women & I currently work as the Head of EBF Fit for the Ed Bham Foundation.
We at the Ed Bham Foundation would love to invite you all to participate in our Rugby Friendly Touch fixture on Saturday the 29th of July for the Gordon’s Bay Winter Wonderland. It will be Helderberg Women vs False Bay Women. Due to it being on the beach area, it will be a 7s touch tournament for both seniors & Juniors from each club. We would like to have 2 teams from your club for the juniors & seniors. We’ll start the fixtures at 10am starting with the Juniors.
Sometime this week I will be sending through posters for the teams to advertise on their social media. Entry to the event will be free for coaches & players. There will be a vast variety of food trucks & stalls should anyone be hungry. There will also be bathroom stalls located in various places all over the event for the ladies.
We have a full medical medical team at our disposal for the entire duration of the weekend.
